A notebook for the table

Grimoire keeps campaigns, characters and rules in one place. It looks like parchment on a wooden desk, and the whole thing is one HTML page plus a small Python script.

The script serves the page on 127.0.0.1 only, opens it in its own app window, and quits a few minutes after you close the window. All data lives in one JSON file, with a backup written before every import or update.

Code only, not my campaigns

The repo has the app and the scripts that seed campaigns and rules. My actual campaign data and the rules text are left out on purpose, because they are mine and partly someone else's.
